Luka Vižintin, Attorney-at-Law
The founder of the law firm, Luka Vižintin, graduated with distinction (“cum laude”) from the Faculty of Law, University of Ljubljana, with a focus on constitutional law with the thesis entitled “Constitutional Regulation of the Electoral System”.
After a two-year court internship at the Higher Court in Ljubljana, he successfully passed the state bar examination in 2004.
He continued his studies at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Ljubljana, where he defended his master’s thesis, entitled “Protection of Minority Shareholder Rights in Cases of Shareholder Concentration in a Company”, in 2006. He was conferred the title of Master of Economic Sciences.
Between 2004 and 2006, he completed his attorney internship, and in 2006 he started his own law practice as a part of the Vižintin law firm.
